Vanuatu Immigration & Passport Services offers two distinct business visas tailored to meet the needs of foreign nationals seeking business-related activities within Vanuatu. These visas are designed to facilitate a wide range of business purposes, making it easier for international visitors to engage in various commercial, training, research, and exploratory activities within the country.

1. Business Single Entry Visa (10 Months): This visa allows a single entry into Vanuatu and is valid for a period of 3 months.

2. Business Multiple Entry Visa (10 Months): This visa allows multiple entries into Vanuatu and is valid for a more extended period of 10 months.

Criteria

To be eligible for a business visa in Vanuatu, applicants must satisfy the following criteria:

• Complete the application form thoroughly and sign it.
• Be traveling to Vanuatu for one of the specified business purposes, such as attending seminars, providing employee training, offering specialized short-term skills, conducting business exploratory trips, engaging in business negotiations with local partners, conducting research with a Vanuatu Cultural Center Research Permit, participating in filming with a Vanuatu Cultural Center Film permit, or other business-related activities.
• Understand that the Director of Vanuatu Immigration retains the authority to approve or reject applications based on individual assessments.
