Business Visitor Permit​

Investor Permit are issued to foreign investors who intend to invest and operate businesses in Fiji. This section gives you an overview on how to apply for an investor permit.

For non-citizen who intend to work, conduct business, study, investment or consultancy.

Apply Online

Business visitor permit is for 21 consecutive days ONLY.

  1. Appropriate work permits to be applied for work or business, beyond 21 days.
  2. Permit cannot be extend
  3. Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and USA nationals do not need to apply, Business Visitor Permit will be issued on arrival.

To apply for business visitor permit, email your request to [email protected] . Requirements includes:

  1. Letter of invitation from Local Organisation stating reason/purpose of visit; contact person in Fiji
  2. Return ticket
  3. Evidence of funds for support during stay in Fiji
  4. Passport Biodata

Response timeline: 2 to 24 hours, depending on submission of requirements.
