Eligibility

1. Application must be made by persons over 18 years of age;
2. All documents must be submitted as per Search Requirements listed below;

• If the application is lodged by a third party, the applicant must provide a consent letter to the third party to receive such information on his/her behalf.

Criteria

1. The Department reserves all rights to acquire additional documents for further verification, as and when required;
2. Providing false information in this application can lead to imprisonment or a fine or both;

• Applicant will be required to pay applicable application fee.

You must:-

1. complete prescribed Application form for Search click here;
2. Lodge your application at the Customer Service counter at the nearest Immigration Office to you.

• If applying from abroad, you may upload your application online through our website, www.immigration.gov.fj

1. submit translated certified copies of all non-English documents in English (registered translator).

Documentary Requirements

• Copy of valid passport or birth certificate
• Copy of valid ID (joint FNPF card/driving licence/Voter ID) if birth certificate is submitted
