This position ensures that the investigation and Inspection/Detention and Removal of illegal immigrants are in accordance with the Immigration laws and regulations.

This position is responsible for ensuring the Department of Immigration’s information management systems
and hardware are available at all times. Ensuring the Department is able to provide timely and accurate
immigration services for Vanuatu and liaising with the Ministry of Information and Communications

The position is responsible for providing support to the Director of Immigration for the effective
management of the overall administration and operations of the Department to ensure that the
Department’s objectives are achieved within the necessary timeframe
